SHIPPING & RETURNS

All works are prepared and dispatched from the studio.

Processing times:

Studio Releases — made to order: please allow 5–10 working days before dispatch
Original Works — framed to order: please allow 5–10 working days
The Novel Print Archive — dispatched monthly following the edition close

You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times:

Please note that delivery times may vary due to postal services or customs.

Customs & duties:

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Due to the nature of the work, return eligibility varies:

These works are produced specifically for each order.

Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or is lost in transit.

Original works are pre-cut but may be framed to order.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the work is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged.

The Archive is a monthly subscription.

Each edition is produced in response to active membership and is time-bound.

Returns or refunds are not available once an edition has been dispatched.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation applies to future editions only.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
