The Shining original artwork. This is page 351 from Stephen King's The Shining.
I have used the 1970s carpet design, referenced in the book and seen in Kubrick's adaptation, to create the abstract outline of the Grady Twins. The words:
"Come and play with us"
have been cut out and placed betrween the twins - like holding hands. The the infamous room number 217 is placed on the face of one of the twins, whilst the other face floats above.
